11.01.2022 How to Respond to Negativity Online As a digital marketing expert, I get asked all the time, ‘what is the RIGHT way to respond to negative comments or reviews?’ I have created a simple method to follow that will ensure any negativity gets diffused efficiently.... The four step response is simple; HARP. Humanise - speak like a human, not a ‘brand’, and use their name. Acknowledge - empathise and apologise for the situation. Rectify - politely correct any mis-information. Pivot - direct the conversation away from the public eye, get into the DMs or email inbox. 04.01.2022 I am offering FREE website audits during February; these include SEO, copy, and UI design . This week I have audited several websites, and I am really disappointed in our industry! The digital space is an absolute mess right now.
