25.01.2022 This week I had great plans to start breaking Jay Jay, coincidently last Monday whilst getting the boys out of the stables Jay Jay got a spook and kicked/stepped directly on my heel being my stubborn self I refused to go the Dr until I was forced to on the Thursday afternoon. I am now on crutches for 2 weeks and in a moon boot for 8 weeks to allow my muscles, tendons, ect. time to heal and prevent myself from getting drop foot So the ponies are running free and getting cared for by my lovely fiancé and mother! Excited to get out of this boot and get stuck straight into breaking Jay Jay

Through wind, rain and sun, Gucci remained calm and ended up sleeping in one of her classes! ... 20.01.2022 Snake island 2020 Blue and I were lucky enough to be invited on the most amazing experience! Thanks to one of our lovely friends. Snake island is just out from Welshpool in VIC. A group of 20 chosen riders and cattlemen head out from the main land into the ocean, along a select path that has been marked by previous cattlemen. Pending the conditions we either take cattle over with us or we bring them home. Unfortunately our trip was too risky to take the cattle at all. I...t’s a 3hr ride to Snake island with a pitstop at little snake island, conditions vary immensely and lucky for us the cattlemen are amazing and take everyone’s safety into consideration when planning to ride out. We spent 5 days on Snake Island and absolutely loved every second of it! The people we were surrounded by and the amazing land we got to explore! Blue is turning 6 years old later in the year and I am utterly impressed by him! Blue has been completely trained by myself and has always been super easy! He took everything in his stride this ride and acted as if he had been and done it before. This was Blue’s first trail ride with over 4 horses. We have only been on a handful of trail rides, mainly focusing on arena work. Because Blue was so well behaved I took this opportunity to educate him further, whilst we were away Blue perfected his walk-canter, we worked on controlling speed using my seat, steering with just legs and containing the same pace no matter where he was in the pack of horses. Blue is truly a superstar! He was the bum for people to stick there jig-jogging horses behind and the one 20 meters behind everyone else still walking slow

18.01.2022 Lyelleigh introduces :- Blondies Red Cabernet (yet to be approved) AKA Gucci/Gingin Gucci is our beautiful 2.5 month old QH Filly Sire- Cabernet Jac (By Hollywood Jac) Dam- Blondies Double Score... Gucci was bred by Anroc Quater horses. Gucci will be our star filly we are very excited to welcome her all the way from Tasmania in this coming April! She is the one that made this dream possible Gucci will be attending as many shows as we can this coming season and will continue to show until she is able to be ridden Gucci will not be bred for at least 5 years. 08.01.2022 Blondies Red Cabernet On the 31st of May Gucci finally made it home, thanks to the help of a few of my good friends who worked together to get her home safe and sound. Thank you to Pegasus Lodge Stud, Clarkes Performance Horses and RopeStation for the role you all played in her journey! Gucci had a huge 5hr journey in the float that spanned from 8am till 7pm, Gucci travelled amazing walking up into floats of all shapes and sizes with strange horses already inside. She i...s a real credit to Anroc Quarter Horses and the start they put on their babies Gucci has since settled in well! Stealing the hearts of everyone who comes to visit her She was able to steal Rowan’s heart enough for him to spend the rainy day after she arrived building her a paddock of her own. We cannot thank Anroc Quarter Horses enough for giving us the opportunity to purchase this incredible filly! I cannot wait to see how she unfolds For those interested Gucci will attend 2 upcoming shows including the ABSS Foal Show Spectacular Fingers crossed she does well! I will start her training next week for her classes.

Jay Jay was bred by Grulla Park Quater horses. We brought Jay Jay as a yearling, Jay Jay has been maturing well and we are both eager to start his ridden career shortly Jay Jay was shown at Euroa winter youngstock spectacular 2019 and done us proud!
