02.01.2022 Welcome to Lynbrook home services for all your cleaning decluttering and organising needs I charge $35 per hour minimum two hour hire using my own products and equipment I have abn for invoicing, police and working with children check and insurance for peace of mind. I'm honest reliable and extremely hard-working and take pride in what I do. All cleaning products are supplied and suited to your home, cloths are colour coded for each area of your home to avoid cross contamin...ation. mop heads and brushes are also only used for your house my equipment vacumm brooms ect are cleaned and sanitized between each client regularly soaked cleaned and disenfected all products and equipment will be replaced when needed at no extra cost. Cleans are based on your individual needs which can include dishes, washing, changing bed linen, dusting vacuuming mopping, cleaning bathrooms showers toilet laundry, organising cupboards there is a surcharge for windows, decks or outdoor areas, ovens stoves and rangehoods which are quoted on inspection please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like to book in a clean kind regards Kelly.
