I noticed one of our investment loans was at 5.64%!? Youd think the banks would automatically do you a favour, save the hassle and send you a quick summary of better deals on offer. Nope! My millennial generation, attributed with instant gratification, smashed avos and sense of en...titlement, living pay waves to pay waves, are now having the worst hangovers of our lives. Even though were in social distancing/isolation phase, anxious about the bleak future, the need for community and social support is greater now more than ever. As people work from home, we are forced to re-invent our work and living habits. This presents SO MANY OPPORTUNITIES for innovation, new business models & revolutionary ideas.
