12.01.2022 The bird-dog is a bodyweight floor exercise that strengthens the corespecifically, the abdominal muscles, lower back, butt, and thighs. Although it is called an isolation exercise, a lot is going on from head to thigh. It's also easy to do anywhere, aslong as you have enough room to extend both an arm and a leg. 03.01.2022 In the last three years my body has done a lot...I’ve been pregnant twice, recovered from two caesarean births- one an emergency procedure and one planned, became an iceberger swimmer during my second pregnancy when the pools were closed, obtained my #Pilatesinstructor qualification and turned 40. I used to train six days a week, and now I struggle to find the time to train a few days a week. And that training is a lot different to what it used to be as I still need to have... some energy left for my two beautiful babies! I’m continuing to challenge my body in other ways other than through planned exercise. And that’s ok.
