25.01.2022 With Clr Glenn Elmore at Bhanin Association Sarayan Ramadan BBQ, celebrating some great HSC results of local students and as always great food and friendly people!

24.01.2022 These fantastic parklands and the trusts which manage them are meant to be protected by legislation. The Berejiklian Government have just completely ignored this to set up the Greater Sydney Parklands. Our treasured public open spaces should have the protection of legislation for us to enjoy them into the future.

24.01.2022 It was great to be able to support NSW Police Legacy alongside Cumberland RSL sub-Branch, Pat Gooley from the Police Association of NSW and the team from Police Legacy at their Leadership Dinner.

23.01.2022 Congratulations to the Police Association of NSW on your 100th Anniversary! 100 years supporting the men & women who protect & serve our communities across NSW every day.

23.01.2022 I was honored to attend Cumberland RSL sub-Branch’s Remembrance Day service this morning at Auburn Memorial Park & lay a wreath on behalf of the people of Auburn. It was great to see not only local servicemen & sub-branch members, but student leaders from schools across the community in attendance to pay their respects to the men & women who have sacrificed so much for us. Lest We Forget

21.01.2022 So many public servants, like our NSW Police Force, have been the heroes of the pandemic, working hard & putting their lives on the line to keep us all safe and healthy. The Berejiklian Government rewards them with a pay cut - SHARE if you think they deserve better.

21.01.2022 Good luck to the NSW Blues who take on Queensland tonight on the Sunshine Coast in Women's State of Origin. Let's make it five in a row!

13.01.2022 The NSW Department of Planning has opened submissions for the Revised Carter Street Masterplan which is currently on exhibition. The revised plan sees an increase in building heights for a section of the Carter Street Precinct, resulting in an increase from 5,500 dwellings to 6,200 dwellings. The basis for this increase on the 2018 Masterplan is the construction of the Sydney Metro station at Sydney Olympic Park - a project announced in 2016 by the Baird Government which is n...ot due to be opened until 2030, while Carter Street construction is currently underway. The residents of this area are already dealing with 14 demountables at Newington Public School, the at capacity Wentworth Point Public School (just two years after opening), are waiting for the promised Sydney Olympic Park High School (which is yet to have a location confirmed) and will have to wait until 2026 for the Carter Street Public School land to be released. I encourage all residents to have their say on the changes to the masterplan and the lack of infrastructure provided in this community. You can do so here - https://www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au/CarterStreet
