19.01.2022 The dining room is open Thursday - Saturday, 5.30pm till 7.30pm. Takeaway is still available. Seats are very limited and will be held for those that make a reservation. There is hand sanitiser at the door to the dining room, please use it before entering.

14.01.2022 FYI, our kitchen will be open as normal and of course our full menu is available for takeaway. Please note, that it has been a little difficult sourcing some ingredients, so the menu may change to suit what I can find.

12.01.2022 Hi Everyone, sorry for the inconvenience but the kitchen will be closed on Thursday night. We will be open as normal on Friday and Saturday.

11.01.2022 It's not business as usual, but We Are Open! Under the new laws we are permitted to sell takeaway food and beverages. Our new kitchen hours are Thurs, Fri & Sat... from 5.30pm to 8pm for takeaway meals only. The kitchen is not open for lunch - lunchtime meals can be purchased from the Lyndhurst Takeaway. Takeaway beverages are available 7 days from 4pm to 8pm. We can deliver food & beverage to the local area if you can't attend the hotel personally. Home delivered alcohol purchases will be required to provide proof of age upon arrival and normal RSA rules will apply. Please call 63675024 to order ahead or for home delivery. If you want takeaway alcohol on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday you will need to call the hotel on 63675024 to ensure that either Kat or Steve are available to open for you. 05.01.2022 Restaurant changes! We are open for takeaway DINNER ONLY 6pm - 8.30pm, Thursday - Saturday. At this stage we will be closed on Sundays until further notice. Please note that occasionally, some items from the menu may not be available but I will try my hardest to keep supplied.... Takeaway drinks are available, please check with Kathy on which type. It is preferable if you call ahead to order so that your wait time is minimal but understand if you can't. Please use the side door for entry. The waiting area is in the dining room, with chairs spaced 4m apart, which will be cleaned and sanitised after each use. I am taking Covid 19 very seriously. I do not wish to bring the illness home and potentially infect my elderly, high risk mother or anyone else in this community, so please respect my social distancing. Any questions?
