03.01.2022 Thank you for all your lovely messages about my bruised stubbed toe yesterday - I was a good girl and went for a x-ray as it was not improving and sure enough I have a spiral fracture on the proximal phalanges on my left foot elevation, rest and pain meds for a few days to get the swelling down and to keep the pain under control xx hugs to you all for encouraging me to see a doctor
