We have always prided ourselves on showing homes personally to those that either cannot make an open home or those where the open home time hasnt suited them. Weve always believed that showing your home directly to qualified buyers is the best way to show your home to its full potential. This gives the buyers plenty of time... to inspect your home one-on-one with our agent in attendance ready to answer questions and offer assistance throughout the inspection, without having to fight a crowd or feel intimidated by a large group. This is the practice that we will continue to offer, ensuring that any buyers we take into your home are in a fit state of health to be there, and maintaining social distancing at all times. No-one other than our agent will touch your front door, and they will wipe it with antibacterial wipes when they leave. Innov8 Property can confidently say that we will ensure you are as safe as possible when you inspect a home. For those that cant get out or would simply prefer not to be out and about, buyers can take advantage of our Personal Video tours, with the buyers right at the other end of their phones, with the agent in the house taking them on a personal virtual tour. Tours are available via Facetime or Skype. Bookings are available in advance by calling the agent directly. Our Property Management team have employed the same strategies and procedures meaning that we can still rent your investment property and still show a prospective tenant through with ease. We have also implemented electronic signing software meaning that you can sign a contract on your computer screen or smart phone, negating any chance of contracting COVID-19. In the unlikely event that you need to visit our office, we can assure you that it is always maintained to the highest standards, and these standards are now increased to meet and exceed the guidelines set by our Government in regards to correct Covid-19 protocols. Despite the current pandemic, were open for business as usual and youd be surprised how many properties that were still listing, selling and renting. 22.01.2022 It was a happy day for this family today when they got to put the sold sign on their long awaited new home. They live just around the corner and walked past this property every day and admired it and when they saw the For Sale sign go up, they jumped at it with everything that they had.
