25.01.2022 The weather has been warm and sunny the last few days after the rain so kids are getting out to the big paddock with mums but still have time for a bit of sunbathing

03.01.2022 Our shearing of our yearlings has had a few delays due to our crazy spring weather but has been underway for 4 day with a day in between to wigg and crutch the mums from 2 mobs Here are a couple of photos of how Don and I shear our younger stock ....on a shearing table andclassing mohair into 4 lots, leg, neck belly and main fleece to be checked and weighted The mohair quality is excellent once again from these young does their growth rates are great weight between 35-40 kgs average

01.01.2022 Apart of 3 obvious does left to kid Lynndon Grove & Amarula kidding for 2020 is pretty much done 2nd of August to the 3rd September . Our % a bit lower than normal due to the number of maiden only having singles 158 does kidded with 212 kids on the ground ....
