04.01.2022 Hi all, Well that’s a wrap on 2020 for us. I just wanted to take a moment to thank my beautiful customers and remind everyone to please be kind. I understand this is a stressful time of year but please know I am a one woman show and also work a full time job in addition to this business. I run myself ragged trying to get everything to you all and make sure everything is perfect. I absolutely make mistakes sometimes and I will always try to make up double for what I may have m...istaken but please do not threaten me with bad reviews for mistakes that you make when ordering. Sometimes we order the wrong sizes or maybe type something we didn’t mean to because we are all crazy busy and have a million things on. I totally understand! But please remember I work to what you order, if the sizes are too big or small or you ordered the wrong colour and so on you can’t hold me accountable if that’s what you ordered.. Review extortion for refunds is not ok. If anything is ever faulty or I have made a mistake absolutely contact me for a resolution though x I truly wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy new year.
