24.01.2022 Merry Christmas all my family and friends Off on another adventure cruising around my my home land New Zealand On Celebrity Solstice 2010 to 2020 Well it’s nearly the end of the year, actually the Decade, and I thought the best way to end it was on a Cruise to reflect on that decade and plan and set new goals for the next one.... It was a great 10years so many awesome things happened. I met my soul mate and got engaged, I started a new health regime that fitted my work and lifestyle. I got such great results from it that I now help others who want to stay healthy and fit it into their lifestyle’s. It’s been 5 years with my online health & wellness business and I’m happy to call the people I’ve helped and train with my friends and extended family. So glad I did cause I was thankfully made redundant in 2017, but didn’t have to find another job. There were a lot of firsts for me. I attended a lot of personal development events which taught me to be a better human by helping others. I do CrossFit thanks to my nephew MATT Haapu, Golf lessons, Climbed a live volcano, hot air ballooning, spent a night on survivor island Vanuatu, Disneyland twice, Las Vegas twice, Niagara Falls in Toronto, Memphis to see Elvis and a whole lot more places and countries, I bought a house, a brand new car, met a lot of wonderful people who taught me a lot. I also can’t forget the many friends and family members who gained their angel wings to make way for the new little angels born in the last 10yrs bless and thank you all so much The list is huge and I was able to do and learn so much because I said yes to life. Real life is in the Uncomfortable Zone My non-negotiable when making life goals for the next 10years and beyond is my health. It’s the most valuable thing you can ever own.
