There will be some things clubs will need to adhere to which will be detailed in an email shortly.... Fixtures to remain the same with matches missed marked as abandoned on my cricket. 18.01.2022 The first of the harvest rounds this weekend with many team scratching up 11 from wherever they could find them. The top of the table clash proved to be just that with Sunbury prevailing by 3 runs. Stansbury with a new look side sporting many first time players for the Baggy Blues. Sunbury batting first compiling 4-196 Blake Gutsche scoring 104* in reply some late hitting got Stansbury close being bowled out for 193. Adam Pitt 74.... Yorketown batted first against Minlaton compiling 9-154. Simon Schupelius turning back the clock with 88. Tim Walsh doing the same with some late wickets 5/7. Minlaton doing it easy only losing 3 wickets with Max Litster top scoring with 56. NO you didn’t read the Corny Score sheet wrong I have verified the stats. Corny Batting first making 133 with there new star batsman Frank Lange top scoring with 65!! Congrats!! Peter Kakoschke with 3/7. Maitland losing 4 wickets in reply with Robby Mack making 45. Troy Goldsworthy lead Eastern District to 3/249 with 126 James Way also with 62. In reply Port Victoria managing 150. With Max Brown taking 3/17. We also welcome back Andrew Parsons who bowled some overs this weekend. Warooka made 90 in there clash with Honiton. Mitchell McIntosh Whitehouse taking 5/18. Honiton in reply only losing two wickets with Todd Warren making 44.

12.01.2022 Due to recent Government restrictions all JUNIOR and SENIOR cricket trainings and matches will be temporarily cancelled. Any issues please give Brad a call.

07.01.2022 Cricket was back but so was some wet weather down the Southern End. Yorketown and Warooka made a late start to there game but after 15 overs into the reduced 25 over match another heavy shower passed over and called curtains on the match. Warooka at 2/68 with Sam Taheny left on 33*.... Sunbury and Honiton couldn’t make a start in there game due to the wet conditions. Grand Final rematch between Minlaton and Stansbury saw Stansbury make 5/265 off there 45 overs. Both Tom Rankine and James Moss making 70. In reply Minlaton making 4/171 off there 45. There big three of Angus Glazbrook 50, Max Litster 49 and Kai Newbold 52 all making some runs. Stansbury just to good this time. Maitland 8/216 defeated Eastern District 10/142. Craig Wakefield making 118. Troy Goldsworthy also making 76 and Malcolm Errington taking another 5 wicket haul 5/45. Port Victoria hosted Corny Point and it was the Pointers who came home with the win. Port Victoria 10/159, Corny Point 4/168 with Damien Rowe making 73 and Matt Redlands 50*.
