18.01.2022 Oh what a day!! What would normally be a day filled with hype, plenty of nerves and a touch of anxiety, was replaced by a calm, relaxed and almost quiet lead into the game. All was quiet in the rooms, but with in a matter of moments it was like all hell broke lose, the rooms had become an electrified, supercharged atmosphere. The wolves were pumped and the energy scale was turned to eleven. It was game on!! A moment standing to attention for the national anthem, in front a l...arge crowd before the bounce, and their moment was now. Kicking with the wind on this cold and rainy winters day, the centres broke the lines immediately and surged forward. The entire quarter was spent with the ball locked in our very congested forward line. Going into quarter time 3 - 6 - 24 to Nil. The second quarter was to be a major test as Vermont had the wind, holding tough the boys continued to work hunting the ball or the carrier, creating masses of perceived pressure and forcing errors to keep our lead going into the long break. The third quarter. Looking to put Vermont to the sword, they had other ideas and they came out ready to go. Putting a couple on the board early things were beginning to tighten. A lot of the boys were feeling cooked, and it was through the third that our mid section of players rose, providing plenty of run and turning everything into a contest. Kicking into the wind in the last we managed to score against the howling wind late in the game and the count down began until minutes became seconds and then the final siren! 42 V's 24. Emotions overflowed for an incredible bunch of boys that have worked extremely hard to realise this moment. To all of the parents, friends and extended family that turned out to cheer our Wolfpack, we thank you all so very much. To all that got to the club for a sausage and celebratory drink, I'm sure you were entertained, ooHH what a night! Boys, this is a moment that you can all cherish for a long time. See more

05.01.2022 We have both our U15 teams playing in their respective Grand Finals this Sunday. Make sure you get down there and support them everyone, as these things don’t come along everyday.

01.01.2022 Sruky chalks up 100 big ones. What a fitting time to reach this milestone the game before the Grand Final and oh what a game! Mitch loves to find himself with in range of the goals, however he has been challenged several times this year to adapt and play a more defensive role across the back flank rather than his typical starting position in the centre. Mitch is well known for his second efforts and bullocking attitude. Looking forward to seeing you play a pivotal team role on Sunday, good luck mate. A very well earned 100 games Mitch.
