04.01.2022 ANOTHER GREAT WIN! Our client came into our office distressed due to the fact that his former partner was restricting the time he was allowed to spend with his child. With our hard work and support we were able to achieve a Court Order that stipulated our client got primary care of his son on; every second weekend during the school terms, every second week during school holidays, selected hours on special occasions and the ability to travel overseas with his son.
