We can do a walk around your home before a tennant moves in plus pictures of before and after and make a list of repairs that need doing before they move in and after they move out. We can also offer locksmith services.... Estate agents take 10% to 15% to do this We can offer you a monthly payment contract or pay per job on all repairs once you have given the go ahead. We can also supply pictures of before and after, as well as a check of all smoke alarms and replacement of battery's.
