25.01.2022 Finally got to the gym tonight. Was just getting back into everything and got an upper respiratory tract infection. It's hung around for far too long. Now to plan for some consistency with my training!



23.01.2022 Yahoo! Gym two days straight, weights yesterday and cycle class tonight. No where near as sore after weights this time. Weights tomorrow and Sprint Wednesday evening. Consistency is the key!

22.01.2022 Back to the gym this week for me! Need to be more consistent. Has been a bit challenging post aggravating my achilles attachment tendinitis. Consistency and mixing it up are the key.

11.01.2022 Wow, can't believe that this was 3 years ago. Was an awesome course. Kettlebells are a great piece of exercise equipment when used correctly.



09.01.2022 Okay, so haven't posted here for a while. Being a bit busy working on getting back to the gym and better eating habits. Have lost around 3kg so far but a long way to go. Focusing on small targets with the overall one in the back of my mind. Slow and steady!
