22.01.2022 To date my books have now sold copies to Poland, China, UK, Canada the USA and Australia. I have received 5 star book reviews from a few different groups and from what I have heard back from readers they are loving The Adventures of Big Chook. It makes me excited to get the current manuscript series finished and into a home (publisher). Thanks for all the support.

22.01.2022 When I finished writing the third installment of The Adventures of Big Chook, I thought I had written my best work ever. Then I finished The Whale Bone Whip and surprised myself at how high the level of writing. Then I write They Called Him Jack, and I find myself absolutely blown away by what I have achieved with this work. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I had the ability to write such a novel. If i was to never write another novel at this level again, I think I'd still be satisfied with my achievements.

19.01.2022 I had a wonderful realisation today. I was working on my manuscript and grabbed my glasses. Yes my vision is worsening with age. Then it struck me. Mother nature and her miracles of how she works things and why. Fading vision is her way of helping to prolong a marriage and keep it happy. Because by your vision fading, your partner will always look as good as the first day you met.

19.01.2022 After just over two years, I'm finally finished the first draft of my next manuscript. After just over two years, I'm finally finished the first draft of my next manuscript.

19.01.2022 With open eyes I prepare to start another day, with the realisation that I, you and everyone else is the story.

15.01.2022 On the live performance front: Music on the Murray in May has sold out. The next available event is NQ Country Rocks in August. This is the Festival that Mackay... has been waiting for - so get your tickets, organise the weekend of the 20-23 August to be free of commitments, pack whatever you need and head to Mackay for a fabulous three days of Country Music. Following NQ Country Rocks is the iconic Gympie Music Muster in the final weekend of August. This unique celebration of Australian Music is not to be missed! If you haven’t attended a Gympie Music Muster yet this is the year to do it. The Rediscover Kimberley Frontier trip is also sold out so make sure you find your way to Savannah in the Round on the Atherton Tableland in the first weekend of October. This is a stunningly beautiful part of Australia and October is the time to be there. Attached is a shot of Graeme recording a TV commercial for the NQ Rockin’ Country Festival and in the background you can see the promoter Geoff Baguley who has put his whole heart and soul into this Festival after weathering the turmoil of 2020 Thank you Geoff.

13.01.2022 Almost 2 years now working on this manuscript. Getting closer to being finally finished. Felt like giving a teaser. There was something studious in the way he swaggered. The pervading, gleam in his eye. Although defeated, he was truly victorious. The event lost, had in fact, been won.

13.01.2022 This current manuscript has been a huge project for me. 18 months and counting so far and I am currently head deep in 'what I call *spooshgo chapter*' a make or break chapter. It literally can make or break you book. Anyways I'll keep blowing this balloon and hope it doesn't pop.

10.01.2022 My Number 1 rule for writing. If your writting doesn't stir any emotions in the reader. Then you have left no lasting memories of your writing. Emotional writing is unforgettable writing.

07.01.2022 I have officially sold copies of the Big Chook series in Germany now. Yay!!!!

06.01.2022 Yay! For my first ever book sales in Poland.
