22.01.2022 A change is as good as a holiday. This time we get both. While you’ve been on holidays we’ve been creating a change. Fresh vibes in the gym ready to bring in the new year. 2020 has been a year full of craziness and ups and downs. And although 2021 is just a number it represents a fresh start and a chance for change. We look forward to some positive energy and seeing all our members back in 2021 as well as new faces looking to start their own journey and make Team M16 their ...new home. 21.01.2022 Christmas Training Schedule All adults classes will run as normal until December 23rd and will resume back on January 4th. This modified schedule will run in between. Kids class will stop on December 23rd and resume on January 4th. ... Merry Christmas to all our members and supporters. 15.01.2022 Hey everyone as of today the schedule is back to normal. And contact training is back in play. You will be required to check in upon entry to the gym using our covid QR code and MySA GOV app on your phone. We are also still using the bookfit system to maintain the correct number of students allowed per class. Thank you for your understanding and please everyone do the right thing so we can stay open.

11.01.2022 As of mid night tonight the gym will be closed for business for the following 2 weeks. We are happy to help stop the spread again and hopefully it won’t extend beyond this two week period if we all do the right thing. Please contact us if you would like to pause your membership during this time or have any other questions. We hope to be back training and running as per normal as soon as it is deemed safe to do so. Be safe guys, get outdoors, walk, run, swim or just enjoy some sunshine and recharge those battery’s. See you soon
