Realistic gel blasters are now replica firearms. You do not need a license or be an association or club member to own one. You DO need a reasonable excuse for posession (i.e. Collecting, recreation, sport). You DO need to keep them out of sight of the public, especially when travelling with them. If you're in public, even going from your car into a gel blaster shop, it MUST be covered.
