25.01.2022 And so I’ve reached the end of ‘Nourish’ as tomorrow is the last day to see the show. This sculpture ‘The Grape Farmer’ depicts an old Italian man who has immig...rated to Australia. His hard work has paved the way for generations of his descendants to farm the land into the future, providing nourishment to their families as well as many others in the community and beyond. Our farming culture here in Sunraysia isn’t merely a sustainable one, it’s a regeneration of past practices. Giving back to the land and not just taking from it. Salute to the older folks that did it tough. See more
