02.01.2022 It's the weekend and time to hit the markets. I'm so glad many of our local produce markets are back. Locally sourcing fresh fruit and veg is a weekend highlight and I especially enjoying chatting with the growers themselves. Knowing that I can source food for my family that is organic, fresh and hasn't traveled far, is a sweeter feeling than purchasing from a big store. It's less personal and I much prefer buying from a small local business. What's your favourite local marke...ts? . We can't always get out to the markets though, and 2020 wasn't a market friendly year anyway. If you've got the time, check out your local markets, if not look for organic, high quality ingredients at your local store. If that's too much, then go with a brand/product that you trust to do these things for you. .
