25.01.2022 Dont Forget - Due to the Easter Holidays we will not be having a meeting in April as it would fall on Good Friday. Instead we have discussed with members an outing to Featherdale Wildlife Park on April 27th with members individually buying tickets - there is currently a great deal via Scoopon for anyone interested in coming along. Our next meeting will be May 17th with Claudia Santori, a PHD candidate at the University of Sydney. Some may remember that she joined us in 2017 when her project, surrounding turtle hatchlings, was just starting out so we thought it would be nice to have her back to see her progress now that she has hatched and released some of her turtle specimens.

14.01.2022 Sadly we have not one, or two but four Eastern/Coastal Carpet pythons looking for new homes. They are all over 6 foot long and according to the carer, all have great temperaments and great colour please see attached pictures. Two are reported to be male and two are supposedly female. They are currently being cared for in the Sutherland Shire however the carer is prepared to travel part way to meet you to transfer the animal over, once OEH have approved. Contact us via messenger or email to express your interest. Must have a current reptile keepers license. Please note any animal received through a ballot must keep that animal for a minimum of 6 months before it is able to be passed on to another owner.
