21.01.2022 IM SO EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE......drum roll.................................................... The 2020 Sydneys Special Childrens Christmas Party at Rosehill Racecourse WILL BE ON TUESDAY DECEMBER 15TH from 1030 - 230. This is a FREE day for children and their parents/carers (1c:2a ratio allowed) to enjoy entertainment, rides, food and gifts all for FREE. This is all thanks to many businesses in the Sydney area. I have reserved 10-15 tickets in each age group (0-12yrs) but th...is is NO GUARANTEE. Please send me a PM of your childs age and sex (if youd like to attend) and I will do my best to allocate tickets if we are successful. I will let everyone know if we are successful, as soon as I know. Due to CO-VID they do have a Plan A,B,C and D depending on the level of restrictions we still face by then. Its bound to be a FANTASTIC DAY no matter what they put on. See more

19.01.2022 IVE JUST REVCEIVED WORD THAT THIS YEARS SYDNEYS SPECIAL CHILDRENS CHRISTMAS PARTY WILL NOT GO AHEAD...I GOT THE FOLLOWING EMAIL It is with a heavy heart that I must let you know that we will be unable to stage this year's Special Children's Christmas Party the way we have for 25 years. As the threat of COVID-19 has spread across the world, we have been committed to ensuring that the children and families we invite will not miss the opportunity to experience the kindness and g...enerosity of the community in which they live. With consideration for the potential of exposing children with multiple disabilities, co-morbidities and compromised immune systems, we have decided not to gather them all together. Instead, we will send Christmas to them! THIS MEANS THAT IN DECEMBER I WILL RECEIVE GIFTS FOR ALL CHILDREN THAT REGISTERED. THIS WILL BE A MASSIVE DELIVERY SO IF PEOPLE COULD THEN PICK UP ASAP I WILL REALLY APPRECIATE IT AS I CANT STORE VERY MANY AT ALL..I WILL KEEP YOU ALL UPDATED. '

18.01.2022 PLEASE LOOK AFTER YOURSELVES AND REACH OUT IF YOU NEED HELP. For our Aussie friends: The next added 6 weeks are going to be the killer. 100 people in the first lockdown committed suicide in the first week alone. That was only in Victoria too. The mental health issues related to lockdown and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression. The wonderful charity MIND have a 24 hour helpline: 1300 554 660 and for a more focused response please dont hesitate to call the Autism Helpline on 1300 222 777 provided by the Autism Advisory & Support Service THANKS
