24.01.2022 ATTENTION Here is a picture of a ceiling fan we came across recently.... the fan had been installed in the family’s child’s room and was millimeters from falling from the ceiling wich could have caused serious injury... lucky enough we found the issue just in time before things got any worse. To solve this issue we mounted a new timber batten in the ceiling and re mounted the fan to the new timber.... As we get closer to the warmer months and people will be using there ceiling fans more often we urge everyone to check the mounting of all there ceiling fans to be sure that something like this does not happen on your home .

17.01.2022 Wow Check out this gorgeous chandelier we installed in this stunning home in Bardia. With the chandelier weighing about 30kgs and hanging almost 3 meters down it was a little tricky! But with the right gear and a few boys who were not afraid of heights we managed to get the job done ... 05.01.2022 Wow Check out these fans and down lights we recently had the pleasure installing in this property in Kogarah Bay!! With limited access to ceiling space and insulated roofing panels we still managed to hide all cables and get away from running any unnecessary surface mounted conduit. ... The owner was extremely happy and is looking forward to keeping cool this summer in his new outdoor entertainment area. 04.01.2022 Routine maintenance advice!! Springy or broken switches on light switches or PowerPoints Some of you may have noticed on some of your PowerPoints or light switches that the switch may be springy or broken or in some cases causing sparking or a crackling sound coming from behind the switch. This is caused from old age and or faulty switches.when switches like this begin to fail they become springy causing a bad connection in the switching mechanism. If any of your switch...es are like this in your home we would advise that you have someone replace them immediately!! It’s considered highly dangerous and could be a potential fire hazard and could also cause electrocution. We recommend checking all switches and PowerPoint switches in your home every 3 months just for peace of mind for yourself and your family
