25.01.2022 Mid-week Ottimo House M-League action took us to Kooringa Reserve, the home of St Marys Eagle Vale Soccer Club, where the Saints played host to Ingleburn Eagles Soccer Club. It was the Kelly Milligan show, as the star striker and 2019 Golden Boot winner bagged four as the Eagles picked up the points to keep the pressure on league leaders Camden Tigers. Ingleburn 5 (Milligan 4, Gardiner 1) - St Marys 0

23.01.2022 The top of the table clash between defending champions @Gunners Soccer Club Bensley Road and Oran Park Rovers Football Club failed to disappoint. Oran Park opened the scoring through Bradon Clissold at 23mins, following a poor clearance from the Gunners goalkeeper. The lead was short lived, with a spectacular left foot volley from Daniele Chiadotto squaring things up just after the half-hour mark. 1 -1 at half time and up stepped Anthony Nicola to break the deadlock for G...unners at 61mins. Gunners would need to defend the lead without Mitchell Janes, after he was dismissed by the Match Official following a second caution. The Rovers had their chances, but the Gunners held on and now sit 5 points clear atop the M-League table. Gunners 2 (Nicola, Chiadotto) Oran Park 1 (B. Clissold)
23.01.2022 On Wednesday evening, the MFA paid tribute to two very special people. John and Kerrie Gale have been the heart and soul of Football in Macarthur for 40 years. Having both served at Bradbury and Collegians in the early days, they both have also held a variety of positions within the MFA during this time. Both are Life Members of the Association (Kerrie being the first female inductee), and both have been recognised with the Football NSW State Award for their outstanding contribution to the game. With both John and Kerrie deciding to step down from any formal positions with the MFA, the Boardroom at Lynwood Park will now be known as the 'John and Kerrie Gale Boardroom' in their honour. John and Kerrie have left a remarkable legacy and we thank them for their remarkable contribution to the game across our region.
22.01.2022 Mid-week football returned to Bensley Road as the 2019 defending champions @Gunners Soccer Club Bensley Road hosted the third placed Camden Tigers Football Club for the first time this season. And the hosts got off to a perfect start, with Anthony Nicola opening the scoring within 7mins. The Gunners continued to pile on the pressure and it wasnt long before Golden Boot leader Matt Wallace capitalised to double the advantage inside 23mins. The Tigers had a great opportun...ity to peg one back when they were sent to the spot, but Ross had his shot easily denied by Denny. Gunners were down to 10-men after Hunter was sent off, having conceded the penalty. The Gunners may have had the advantage on the scoreboard, but were quickly down to 9 players shortly after halftime, losing Phillips after being dismissed for an off the ball incident. The Tigers couldnt capitialise on the advantage, with Gunners holding on for a 2-0 win Gunners 2 (Nicola, Wallace) Camden Tigers 0 See more

11.01.2022 Gunners Soccer Club Bensley Road and local M-League star Anthony Nicola was a standout performer for the Macarthur Rams in their trial match against A-League newcomers Macarthur FC on Saturday. We wish Anthony well in the NPL competition in 2021 and can't wait to see more of him in the Maroon. M-League trials are on now, providing great opportunities for young local talent to challenge themselves against the best.
