Di...ane is a big fan of yellow, so I incorporated it into the design of both her logo and business card to help her stand out!! 06.01.2022 ANZ are one of the first lenders to reduce their assessment rate from 7.25% to 5.5% for retail lending. Effective from Monday !! I guess most of the other lenders will follow suit shortly!! I reckon it will be a busy year ahead :)

A correction in house prices have increased .4% since Covid hit in March 2020 and overall up by 3.7% over the year!
