13.01.2022 Finally I’ve been able to finish this for my grandmother who is in an aged care facility in Melbourne. It’s been months since I’ve been able to see her so hoping this will make her smile. I know her 90th birthday was a couple of weeks ago but with so many delays in getting photos processed it’s finally ready to send.
12.01.2022 Chow mein with some tweaks. I increased the cooking time by 20 minutes as I like my cabbage super soft and added some two minute noodles. The whole family loved it.
