24.01.2022 Who loves chocolate mousse???? Last night we made these Oreo chocolate mousse pots, most of them sold over dinner......but.....we still have 2 left. So you'll have to get in fast this morning to grab one.

So the deal is we will be making them from the first week in December and we would love for our community to support us in this event ! what you can do - pre-orders are availa...ble from now - and the first day of collection will be on the 1st of December. 22.01.2022 I've been in the mood to create a fancy cake for a while. So today in the fridge we have a strawberry mousse cake.... layers of almond meringue filled with strawberry and white chocolate mousse. Just perfect stress relief for the fact that we all need to wear masks inside again.

18.01.2022 GINGERBREAD HOUSE UPDATE Due to popular demand, and our staff schedule. We will be doing two rounds of baking your gingerbread houses. The first on the 7th and the second on the 21st. So pick up can be any day after these dates. I'll be messaging everyone who has ordered one to get your preference. If you would like to see how it looks in real life, call into Maccas Takeaway and check out the one we have made for display.... We'll also be announcing the winner of our free gingerbread house on the 20th....... So you still have time to order one and enter the competition. 14.01.2022 I picked up another box of glorious colour from Acres and Acres Coop at theUpper Murray Farmers Market this morning. Now to decide what to do with it.....so many ideas running through my head. I'm thinking that I'll make roast vegetable lasagna, and maybe some grilled vegetable toasties with the delicious cashew cheese or Kimchi. I'd love to hear your thoughts and requests.

10.01.2022 To our loyal customers, Louisa and Kath on behalf of all our staff would like to wish you all a Safe and Happy Christmas and thank you all for your support during this very trying year. Our staff have worked tirelessly all year, through bushfire and covid. So we have made the hard decision to take some extra time this weekend to enjoy our families, some of whom we have not seen all year. MACCA'S WILL BE CLOSED 24th - 28th December... We will see you again on the 29th, and we will be open all through New Years.
