With the only tafe for baking being in Brisbane (4.5 hours away) we are lucky enough to have an external system Today William started his practical assessment for bread making & tonight he PASSED Clearly check out that smile ... This kid has continued to impress us each & everyday.... Tonight he even impressed his assessor "He is the best apprentice I have seen to date" So next time you see him give him a high five he deserves it.
