12.01.2022 I thought I might jump on and share a little about myself and how and why I chose essential oils. I haven’t done that for a while and there’s lots of new peeps here so hear goes....feel free to pass if it gets too boring Well firstly I’m a mum, a single mum to 7 amazing kids (well most of the time ) two of those kids have extra medical/care needs. We spend a lot of time in and out of hospital or there for appointments. So ALOT of my time goes towards my kids, hence why s...ometimes things get quite here not because I’m not using my oils but because I run on autopilot most days But it was my daughter who helped me reach out and ask for help and by talking to people that’s were essential oils were suggested to try, I was sceptical that’s for sure but to my amazement I could see and feel improvements, we want from having a child that could not sleep even after trying many different drugs on her she just couldn’t relax and fall asleep. For us it was Vetiver that save me literally!!! It seemed to be the only oil that worked and it made my non sleeping child to one that would fall asleep by 7:30 nightly, though we have still had our issues with staying asleep and not waking up at 2:30 in the morning things seem to have settled once again and sleep in back on track We recently got gifted an amazing bed for my little girl who needed a safe secure bed that she can’t get out of....this has been a game changer for all of us and now I can also safely diffuse oils during the night while she sleeps to assist with keeping her asleep, it’s working and I could not be happier!
