Operations Administrator Maternity leave role - Immediate Start Be part of a small friendly team Brand new modern The Key Responsibilities of the roll may entail, but will not be limited to: Answering phones Data Entry Manifesting Booking timeslot deliveries with DC's Process job bookings via phone, email and fax Assist with metro, regional and interstate collections and deliveries Coordinate and track inbound and outbound consignments Australia wide Liaise with customer and sub contractors ensuring communication is effective and efficient General administrative duties as required To be considered for this role, applicants should have the following skills and experience: Strong Transport experience Strong data entry skills Be an excellent communicator, via telephone and email Ability to work as part of a team and independently, taking responsibility for tasks from start to finish. Excellent WORD & EXCEL skills Excellent communication, time management skills and multi-tasking ability Ability to deal with customers in a professional manner Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and complete on a timely basis. Be available during the hours of 7am 6pm , 5 days a week Current drivers licence Experience in Jaix software preferred but not essential.
