25.01.2022 Ladies and Gents please meet Sous-Chef Dom from @machiavelliristorante Dom is making the "Ravioli alla Veneziana" with its big pockets of ravioli, stuffed with a ricotta and artichoke filling. All the pasta is handmade fresh in-house, and you can taste the difference in how thick and soft it is. Dining may be out but you can still dine in with our "Machiavelli Pasta Bar" Take away/ home delivery Menu. As of midday the 23rd of March 2020 our restaurant is closed for in house dining as instructed by our Government. As of Tuesday 24th March 2020 we are open for you to take away or we can home deliver. The dough is kneaded and worked to a smooth, moist consistency, and then allowed to rest while the filling is made. Watch Sous Chef Domenico power through this like the veteran he is.
