22.01.2022 As most of you are aware we were broken into for a third time attached are some photos of the mess our volunteers walked into.

18.01.2022 A big THANK YOU to all who Donated, Supported and attended our Cent Sale at Souths it was a huge success. Apologies to any who had to be turned away, we will seek a bigger venue for next year. All money raised will pay for our Insurance. We hope everyone had a good time and like me some of you would have not won a prize,thank you for attending and giving us your support. To all the Business Houses who donated then re-donated after all our Cent Sale prizes were stolen, how do we thank you? You were unbelievable. Thank you everyone, gives you a wonderful feeling that we sure do live in the best place in our country.

17.01.2022 PUBLIC FORUM ON DEMENTIA Mackay Alzheimer's are holding a Public Forum on Dementia to be held on the 21st September 2016 at the North Mackay Bowls Club. Admission is free - all welcome. There will a number of guest speakers a very informative day. Starts at 9am - 2pm. Morning Tea and Lunch will be supplied. Please contact the numbers below to book a seat and help with catering.... 13.01.2022 Mackay Alzheimer's Inc. is a non-profit organisation conducted by volunteers. Our mission is to reduce the impact of Dementia on the community. We do this by providing the Mackay Region and Districts with an avenue for information, education and support for people with demintia, their families and carers. We also raise awareness and understanding of demintia and work to promote good brain health. We have someone who can give talks to any groups, clubs and service providers etc.

04.01.2022 MACKAY ALZHEIMER'S FORGET-ME-NOT WALK 23rd July 2016 at 8.30am Starts in park across from the Big banana on Harbour Road and ends at the Blue water Quay 1.7km. A shorter walk starts across from the Round House .7km. A gold coin donation for a Sausage Sizzle is waiting at the end of you'r walk sponsored by OZCARE. $5 or a higher donation to enter or you can collect sponsors for your walk.... All money raised will stay in Mackay to assist MACKAY ALZHEIMER'S to continue helping those suffering from all forms of DEMENTIA. If you would like to take part in our walk please contact.
