09.01.2022 Emergency call out. First tree down for the storm season. Fig/malaleuca. Landed on the fence and neighbouring units. Missed windows, hot water service and gas lines all by centimetres. Surprising the only damage was a ripped fly screen and some scuff marks. Even the fence managed to only loose a few palings. Safely removed off the house and made safe. Don’t wait until it’s to late. Could have been so much worse.
