11.01.2022 DOES YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER, PROVIDE THIS SERVICE TO YOU? Sewage losses can cause major problems for a home. The home is not just what you can see. The structure that is hidden and the air quality is affected. On this project the sewage loss was substantial to an area of the home. Once contents were sorted. inventory completed and removed, the controlled demolition could commence. The area that was not directly affected, was separated from the contaminated work zone and pr...essure differentials set up with HEPA filtered air devices. The porous materials were removed and disposed and the remediation completed. After remediation was completed, post remediation evaluation sampling was completed before the drying of the home was started. The sampling methods used are ATP sampling and ecoli and coliforms swab testing. These allow us to check our cleaning techniques have been completed correctly in preparation of any verification that maybe required. SO, ARE THEY? If not, call us on 49578124. 07.01.2022 Targeted drying of a concrete area under a bath tub was required after being affected by water for a long period of time. Before any removal of affected materials, the area was isolated from the home and cleaned. Once remediation was completed, drying equipment can be installed. This equipment heats the area directly and increases the temperature within the material!
