13.01.2022 With all the heat that is around most computers are going to over heat due to a build up of dust on the Processor. To rectify this do the following: 1. Pull the side of the case off. 2. have a can of compressed air or an air compressor handy to blow the dust off. 3. Put the case side back on and power up the computer.... If you feel uncomfortable in doing this give us a call and we will give the computer or laptop a clean out and a general service as well to keep it in tip top shape. Happy computing

10.01.2022 There has been an increase in phone scams these days. I have found that the easiest way to get them off the phone in the first couple of seconds is to ask for their ABN. Most people are not aware that to run a business in Australia you need to have an ABN. If you ask the phone scammers for theirs it is highly likely that they will hang up. Usually the phone call goes something like this: " Hi i am calling from the Windows Service Department from Microsoft. Your computer is se...nding out huge amounts of data and it is compromised" It is at this point you ask for the ABN and all you hear is the hang up tone. Quick simple and effective. If more people got a hold of this information it would make life easier for all computer users both young and old. Happy Computing
