21.01.2022 We always compete with the person in the mirror, never against anyone else, this brings a great sense of achievement. Race Director Nikki Giles... says about 130 kids competed in the TRY triathlon starting at the Blue Water Lagoon this morning. A group of athletes, called Uniteability, who required some assistance also powered through the inclusive course. Way to go!

We find it can be one of the most positive things to do for your workplace and culture - it brings us all together as a team - HR Manager, Alahna Hall. 05.01.2022 Only when diverse perspectives are included, respected, and valued can we start to get a full picture of the world: who we serve, what they need, and how to suc...cessfully meet people where they are. Daring leaders fight for the inclusion of all people, opinions, and perspectives because that makes us all better and stronger. That means having the courage to acknowledge our own privilege, and staying open to learning about our biases and blind spots. It is also listening, centering, and honoring stories that reflect experiences that are different than our own. Courage is listening, learning, unlearning, knowing when to lead, and knowing when to let others lead.
