Marcia started with Mackay & Whitsunday Locksmiths in 2007 and has been keeping a close eye on our stock ever since. No stock comes in or out without Marcia knowing. She is an integral part in the running of day to day business and her product knowledge is second to none.

She is currently gaining knowledge throughout the keying section and front counter sales. Her quirky little artworks can be found in random places around our shop.... (Middle) Adele is our special keying officer and started with our company in 2016. Adele has extensive knowledge with regards to special keying & master key systems. She always ensures excellent quality control for all the keys and locks that leave our workshop, and before you ask, yes, she absolutely can sing like her famous namesake. (Right) Aroha is another of our special keying assistants and started working with our company in 2018. She is beginning to gain a large amount of knowledge in both special keying and front counter sales, she is our resident Tik Tok queen and can often be seen dancing up a storm throughout the shop.

Wayne plays an important role in the management of all our external and internal workshop jobs. He has extensive knowledge in safes and also in all aspects of general locksmithing, especially vehicle canopy locks. Wayne is a proud Irishman and secretly a great singer with the voice of an angel. Whenever asked if he can make a key to a certain lock, his response will almost certainly be No baw to me like, just don’t ever bet him lunch on it!
