Our framework shows how to achieve a step down for a wet area. New structural beams installed and new joists in! 07.01.2022 A recent pergola we completed in mascot. Our First time using 125 mm @bondor panels which are a prefinsihed insulated panel with a colourbond roof sheet profile. I was sceptical of this product at first but all this was completed in just under two days from start to finish with a neat and tidy finish insulated and protected from the elements. We try and achieve a long lifespan out of our framework by spending more time on preserving our timber and allowing gaps between attaching brickwork and slab structures so water can flow through and drain.
