22.01.2022 Mother's Day 10th May Mack 'n Me have a large range of items to help make life easier for your Mum! From a simple JarKey to a pretty bag for her walker, we have kitchen aids, long handled sponges, walkers and Rise Recliner chairs. Not sure what to give? We also have Gift Vouchers! NDIS and DVA approved, our staff can assist you. Not all our products are on our website, but call us and we can assist you - even taking photos to show you on your phone!... We do have a limit of 15mins in the shop, due to COVID19, but we can work with you to make a happy decision for Mum! See more

21.01.2022 I have been unable to access our facebook page, so I apologise for the lack of posting. Mack 'n Me is an essential service, and we are still trading. Those of you who have visited us, recently, will have noticed a few changes. Please do not come to the shop if you have symptoms or you know you have been in contact with COVID-19, or if you have been overseas in the past 2 weeks. To protect us all from each other, we have a chain at the door. This is to avoid too many people,... at a time, in the shop. We are too small to allow the 1.5m social distancing, without restricting visitors. Please keep your visit short as possible. We have a maximum of 15 mins per visit. This reduces contact time, reducing risk. Our staff use hand sanitiser/soap and water hand-wash before and after each service. We sanitise our touch screens and counter after each transaction. We have our own masks when required. We do not supply face masks for our customers. Deliveries are reduced, and we do door drop offs rather than going into homes. Signing for items is restricted and we are taking photos instead, where ever possible. We are continuing to look after our customers, our staff and ourselves, to ensure we get through this, safely. 20.01.2022 We are MOVING!!!! New premises getting a Mr Mack adjustment - it used to be a tile shop! If you have visited our shop, you know we are fast growing out of space. There is plenty of room at the new premises - Unit 2/144 Lake Entrance Road, Oak Flats, between Beacon Lights and McDonald Jones. Watch this space for moving dates. Plenty of parking and lots of room!

13.01.2022 Parkinson's Disease Wonder Sheet! From Dominique, Wonder Sheet Inventor. April is Parkinson's awareness month! And, World Parkinson's Day is recognised on April 11 each year.... Today in Australia, 37 people will hear the words ‘you have Parkinson’s’ for the very first time. That’s more than one person every hour, of every day. As you know, this disease is very close to me because my dad had Parkison's disease. He helped me create the Wonder Sheet nearly 20 years ago. It made his life so much easier because he was able to turn over in bed more easily and in turn get a better nights sleep. We've been able to help thousands of people with all types of mobility issues even short term things like surgery. He was a great father, a loving husband and would have been a fun granddad. We have to find a cure for this horrible disease! If there is any support you can give, it would be much appreciated.
