24.01.2022 On Friday the 23rd 2020 we held a fundraiser for a great cause, CAMP QUALITY & we are so happy to announce to our wonderful community, just how much we raised, ...with your help, inspired by #SOCKTOBER2020 . Our aim was to raise funds by wearing colorful socks & selling socks for $2 a pair ...proudly donated by #MACKSVILLEPHARMACY . The amount of $110 was the total raised from our sock sales & generous community donations... All proceeds were donated to #CAMPQUALITY & gratefully received. So, thank you to everyone who made this special day such a success!! Camp Quality is a children's family cancer charity established in 1983 by Vera Entwistle in Sydney, Australia to provide a support network for children living with cancer and their families. The name of the organization was sourced from a conversation with a pediatric oncologist, who told Entwistle that "No one can do anything about the quantity of life, but we all can do something about the quality." www.campquality.org.au See more
