08.01.2022 Hi everyone, Tamara and myself have decided we would like to run a class for the teenagers of the valley! This class is aimed for those who are looking to incr...ease there core strength! Which is extremely important through our teenage years! Those that just don't like the gym but would like to do some exercise! And those who play sport or dance but are looking for some strength to prevent injury! This class will be ran on Wednesday afternoons from 4:30 and go for an hour! This class will be 10 dollars a class and will start when I get back from holidays which will be the second week of term: 19th of October at the clinic in Macksville!
