23.01.2022 I was talking with a gent tonight in the boat trip home. He saw my name badge and was saying that he had come over for the day to look at land but that every time he saw a block he liked he called the agent and they said either sorry, its under contract or sorry, we sold it yesterday. He told me that he was bitterly disappointed with his day. I, of course, told him to call Anne in our office as she can guide him as to what the best blocks are left in his price range.
