23.01.2022 Schools Wether Challenge - Off to a flying Start! On 10 March, Mr Kinscher, Mrs Whale and the Agricultural Students, attended the Training Day for the Wether Challenge at Dubbo Rural Skills TAFE to pick up our Egelabra wethers. We will care for them and then show at the Rabobank Dubbo National Ram sale in August.

23.01.2022 Today we also announced our 2021 student leadership team. Our Captains for 2021 are Ailee and Sophie. Vice Captains are Kate and Jeremy. Prefects are Matt, Lawson, Preston, Daniel, Briette and Marcella. Congratulations to this fantastic team of young people.

21.01.2022 Welcoming Year 11 into student leadership last night was an absolute privilege. Marking the beginning of their senior years at Macquarie, the Year 11 Commencement Ceremony was a great time of celebration and community for our students, their families and staff alike.

19.01.2022 The safety and well-being of our community is our first priority. We are following recommendations from the Department of Education and are requesting that children, students, and staff who have visited China in the last two weeks not attend school, childcare services or work until 14 days have lapsed from their date of departure from China. We have no knowledge that this will affect any of our families, however, if it does affect you please notify Mr Mansour at [email protected].

18.01.2022 The school has sustained some damage in this evening’s dust storm. In particular, the D Block roof has been impacted. Thank you to the members of the Macquarie community that let us know. The SES are now in attendance and will assist us to survey the damage and ensure that the building is safe.
