04.01.2022 Presentation of the Australian shirts was given last night to our 4 Newcastle lads, off this Friday to the IFA World Cup in China. A very proud NNSW Futsal Stat...e Manager Manny Tserepas, was on hand to give the shirt to his son Alex and Goalkeeper Peter Mullard, Both have come through the junior ranks with Manny since age 10. Just as proud is the CEO of NNSW Futsal and World Cup men's coach, George Poulos to hand out the shirt to Nathan Baker who has been with the club from the beginning, through bad times and good and continues to give back to the sport as a great role model to younger kids. As does Joseph Grujevski, a young talented lad who is also a great ambassador to the sport! On behalf of all the committee, we wish them all good luck and hope that all our juniors in all our areas, Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, girls and boys get inspired, so maybe one day they too can wear the green and gold of Australia at a World Cup event!
