26.01.2022 CARAMELISED WHITE CHOC OVERNIGHT OATS HOLY DOOOLY!! There's no denying that we're drooling over this decadent oat creation!! How about you?! @noashealthyeats seriously nailed this bad boy, infused with our NEW deliciously creamy LUXE Protein x Noa's Healthy Eats Caramelised White Choc Almond Protein topped in a scrumptious biscoff and white choc for an out of this world caramilk flavour BOMB! DROOOOL!... Who's keen to devour this?! Make sure you save this EPIC creation fam! Recipe by @noashealthyeats Ingredients: 80g Banana 20ml sugar free maple syrup 50g coconut yoghurt 1tsp chia seeds 80g oats 180-200ml plant milk 25-30g @macr0mike x Noa's Healthy Eats Caramelised White Choc LUXE Almond Protein Topping: 20g dairy-free, sugar free white choc 10g biscoff spread 45-60g coconut yoghurt Method: Mash your banana, and add in maple syrup, yoghurt and milk. Once combined add in oats, protein & chia seeds. Let sit and thicken for a few mins and then divide between 2. For the topping, melt your white choc and biscoff spread in the microwave for 30 seconds, let sit and then stir. Once melted through add in your yoghurt and stir to combine. Add a tsp or 2 of water if you need to thin it out. When using coconut yoghurt you can add it in the microwave with the white choc and biscoff. Spread over the oats and place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. Note, although looking super decedent these actually only contain 10g of choc per person and 1tsp of biscoff spread. 22.01.2022 Protein Pancakes & Berry Jam Utterly dripping with plant based goodness Drown your breakfast in juicy berries, go ahead were not watchin #recipe by @plantpowernutritionandfitness... Ingredients (Mixed Berry Jam) 200g Mixed Frozen Berries 1 Tbsp Unrefined Organic Coconut Sugar 1/2 Lime Juiced Ingredients (Protein Pancakes) Makes 3 Pancakes 75g Macro mike Pancake Mix 100ml Almond Milk Directions 1. In a pot on a low medium heat combine the mixed berries, coconut sugar and lime juice. Cover with the lid and cook for 5 minutes. 2. Remove the lid and reduce the heat to low and cook for another 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Move onto the following steps. 3. In a mixing bowl thoroughly combine the pancake mix and the plant milk, let sit for several minutes. 4. Heat a non-stick pan give it a light spray with oil, then reduce the heat to low. 5. Spoon the pancake mixture into the pan to form 3 pancakes. Cook the pancakes for about 60 seconds or until they start to bubble on one side then carefully flip them over and repeat on the other side. 6. Serve them and load them up with the berry jam. 21.01.2022 VEGAN ROCKY ROAD PROTEIN BARS Youre gonna want to save this one fam Big yummzzzz with this #recipe from @beatfreakzfitness I especially like the part about smooth nut butter tee hee!! INGREDIENTS... 80g chocolate protein powder (I recommend macr0mike 50g smooth nut butter 20g sticky sweetener of choice (I use rice malt syrup) 10g cacao powder 20-30ml almond milk (only add as needed to bind) 50g rocky bits of choice vegan marshmallows, choc chips, nuts, dried fruit, sugar free lollies METHOD: 1. In a mixing bowl, add your dry ingredients and stir to combine. 2. Pour in the almond milk and nut butter, and continue stirring. 3. Fold through the rocky bits. 4. Using your hands, start to knead the mixture into a dough, and using a rolling pin, roll flat onto a piece of baking paper. 5. Place your protein dough in the freezer to set for up to an hour, before cutting into 5 bars. Keep chilled. STORAGE Store in the fridge for up to 10 days or keep frozen for up to 1 month. Serves: 5 bars Macros per bar: 180 calories, 10g fat, 7g carbs, 16g protein

Not only does it taste amazing but it takes treats to the next level 30g macr0mike salted caramel almond protein 1.5 cups of self raising flour 3 medium bananas 1/2 cup chopped dates 1/4 cup biscoff spread (please note this is not a gluten free ingredient) 1/2 cup sweetener (I combined mine with coconut sugar and natvialiving) 1tsp baking powder / 1/2 tsp Sosa 1tsp cinnamon 1 flax egg 2 Tbs maple syrup 1 Tbs almond milk Combine and bake at 200 degrees Celcius for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. In a bowl add half a banana and mash it. Add in flour, sweetener and protein powder. Slowly add in almond milk until a thick batter forms. 3. Stir well until combined. Fold through choc chips. 4. Once smooth, crumble apart 1/3 of the cookie, blitz to break in down a bit, but dont over blend. Then add your toppings: and a drizzle of PB!!

17.01.2022 FODMAP Friendly Food!!! Our baking mixes are good for a ya tummy and REALLY TASTY ... read on! Caution yall about to learn something FODMAP is an acronym that stands for Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides and Polyols.... These sugars dont cause problems for everyone; in fact, for most people FODMAPs pass through the digestive process completely unchanged! In people who have sensitive or compromised digestion, or underlying digestive issues such as IBS, the FODMAPs are poorly digested. Good bacteria that feed on FODMAPs produce methane gas in the gut; however some bacteria that feed on these sugars produce hydrogen gas that has been shown as the major cause of the painful gas, bloating, constipation and stomach cramps. Reducing the amount of FODMAPs in the diet has been shown to reduce symptoms. We leave out nasty ingredients that have been shown to cause gut problems! 15.01.2022 WHITE CHOCOLATE PB&J CUPS We've seen these come up before, this is a new version for you to tuck into. Pumped full of our peanut butter, protein and a raspberry lemon sugar free jam, you can't afford not to make these!! #recipe by @hangluyas... Ingredients: 100 grams vegan white choc 6 teaspoons sugar free raspberry lemon jam Peanut butter layer: 15 grams powdered peanut butter (macro mike) 10 grams protein powder (macro mike cookie dough) You will need silicone muffin tray/ cups 1. Melt 50 grams white choc in microwave. Divide evenly between 6 muffin spots. Make sure base is covered evenly. Pop in fridge or freezer until hard. 2. Mix peanut butter powder and protein in bowl with 9 teaspoons of water. Mix until smooth! You dont want it too runny. 3. Once chocolate is hard put one teaspoon of jam (15grams) in each cup and divide the peanut butter mix between each cup evenly. 4. Melt the rest of the white chocolate and drizzle over the top! 5. Place in freezer for around an hour or until hard! Keep in the fridge or freezer Enjoy! See more

INGREDIENTS: Biscuits: 1/2 cup almond meal 1 tablespoon coconut flour 1 tablespoon macr0mike vegan vanilla protein powder 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup FROSTING: 4 tablespoons macr0mike powdered almond butter *can sub for macr0mike powdered peanut butter 1/2 teaspoon unicornsuperfoods pink pitaya powder 1 tablespoons water 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup 1/4 cup raspberry jam ( I made my own raspberry chia jam) 2 tablespoon desiccated coconut METHOD 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius, fan-forced. Line a cookie tray with non-stick paper 2. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients until mixed 3. Add in the wet ingredients and mix until a cookie dough forms 4. Form the dough into a flat & even rectangular sheet. Cut the cookie dough sheet into 6 even rectangles. 5. Spread the biscuit out on the tray to leave 2cm between each. Bake for 8 mins until golden. Remove from the oven & allow to cool fully before frosting 6. Make the frosting by mixing together the ingredients until a smooth & spreadable consistency 7. (vegan, oil-free, gluten-free, macro-friendly) Makes: 6 slices (cal: 97, P: 12, F: 1, C: 9) INGREDIENTS: 80g macr0mike PB cheesecake flavour vegan protein powder 1 tin chickpeas, drained 1/3 cup maple syrup (I used sugar-free) 1/2 cup water (or plant milk) 3 tablespoons berry jam (I used @natvialiving raspberry) METHOD: 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, fan-forced. Line a small tin (mine was 8 x 16cm) with non-stick paper 2. Blend all the ingredients together, except the for jam, until thick and smooth. 3. Transfer the blondie batter to the prepared tin. Drop spoonfuls of jam over the top and use the back of your spoon to drag the jam through the batter to create a ripple effect 4. Bake for 20-22 minutes. Allow the blondie to fully cool before slicing *Storage tips: in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or frozen for months, allowing it to thaw before serving. 14.01.2022 NICE CREAM CANDY CUPS I dont know about you guys, but Im still over here screaming for the new Nice Cream Heres a different take on this versatile, high protein and low fat goodie from @noashealthyeats maannnn she is at it again!! ... #recipe white choc candy cup: 100g vegan white choc 1tbs of desiccated coconut 1 cup of crisps 1 tsp coconut oil -optional Filling: 150g plant based thick greek style yoghurt/or cream 1/2-1 serving of macr0mike Nice Cream 1tsp maple syrup pink pataya -optional Melt white choc with oil, fold through crisps. Using a silicone muffin mould evenly divide the mix pressing up the sides slightly creating a well. Refrigerate for 1/2 hr. Whip filling ingredients except pink pitaya. Base: 1 1/2 cups of chopped dates 1/2 cup of granola 1/4 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup @macr0mike almond protein probiotic hot chocolate Centre: 2 cups of cashews 3/4 cup of coconut sugar 4 tbls of coconut cream 3 tbls of rice malt Chocolate: 1/2 cup raw cacao butter 5 tbls raw cacao powder 3 tbls maple syrup 2 tbls tahini Dash of vanilla and salt Directions: 1. Blend all base ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender until crumbs stick together. 2. Press mixture into a parchment lined pan 3. Then combine remaining ingredients until dough forms. Press into bottom of lined loaf pan. Add all filling ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Spread evenly over base. For the ganache, Melt the chocolate & coconut cream together until smooth. Spread over the filling. Place in freezer until set, then cut into bars!

While you know we have a trip choc cookie baking mix sometimes you just wanna get your hands dirty and cook up a batch of cookies from scratch. If youre one of those with time on your hands and a hankerin for healthy cookies this recipe is for you!! #recipe by @run2food ... INGREDIENTS: 1 cup chickpea flour 1/4 macr0mike choc hazelnut fondant protein powder 2 tablesooons granulated sweetener 1/3 cup cacao powder 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/3 cup almond butter 1/3 cup maple syrup (I used sugar free) 1 flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flaxseed + 3 tablespoons water) 50g loving_earth white & dark chocolate, chopped METHOD: 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, fan-forced. Line a baking tray with non-stick paper 2. Make the flax egg in a small bowl by stirring the flaxmeal with water. Set aside for 5 mins to thicken 3. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the chocolate. Add in the flax egg and fold everything together until a thick & sticky batter forms 4. Divide the batter into 8 even portions and use a spoon to form them into cookie shapes on the baking paper. (This can get a little messy) Allow 2 cm between each cookie. 5. Sprinkle the chocolate chunks over each cookie 6. Bake for 10-11 mins. Remove from the oven & allow the cookies to fully cool down, it will firm up as it cools. Pumped full of our peanut butter, protein and a raspberry lemon sugar free jam, you cant afford not to make these!! #recipe by @hangluyas... Ingredients: 100 grams vegan white choc 6 teaspoons sugar free raspberry lemon jam Peanut butter layer: 15 grams powdered peanut butter (macro mike) 10 grams protein powder (macro mike cookie dough) You will need silicone muffin tray/ cups 1. Melt 50 grams white choc in microwave. Divide evenly between 6 muffin spots. Make sure base is covered evenly. Pop in fridge or freezer until hard. 2. Mix peanut butter powder and protein in bowl with 9 teaspoons of water. Mix until smooth! You dont want it too runny. 3. Once chocolate is hard put one teaspoon of jam (15grams) in each cup and divide the peanut butter mix between each cup evenly. 4. Melt the rest of the white chocolate and drizzle over the top! 5. Place in freezer for around an hour or until hard! Keep in the fridge or freezer Enjoy! See more

02.01.2022 4-ingredient Cookie Dough Peanut Butter Cups LLAAAWWWWDDDD Have mercy .... 3 layers of delish: cookie dough, peanut butter and choccy NOM!!!! #recipe by @hannah.banana182... INGREDIENTS: 1x macr0mike Clean Cookie 2-3 tbs Almond Milk 4 tbs Peanut Butter macr0mike PB+ made thiccc 50g Dark Chocolate METHOD: 1. Crumble your cookie into a bowl. Gradually add milk and keep mixing until a thick cookie dough is formed (you may need to use your hands). 2. Press into silicone muffin cases and put in the freezer to set. 3. Once cookie is hardened add a nice big dollop on peanut butter to each. Flatten down peanut butter and put back in the freezer to set. 4. Melt your dark chocolate and pour over hardened peanut butter. Put in the fridge so they chocolate can firm, cookie dough can soften and peanut butter can get nice and gooey. Makes 4 cups Hope you guys love this recipe. I cant get over how super easy this is and how GOOD it tastes You all definitely need to try this one

02.01.2022 NO BAKE MINT CHOCCY BROWNIES Oh mama Something about mint chocolate makes me drool so hard NOM!! This #recipe from @danishealthyeats is the perfect after meal snack, mostly because your breath will improve Brownies:... 1/2 cup nut butter 1/3 cup melted coconut oil 2/3 cup cacao powder 3 tbsp maple syrup 3 tbsp macr0mike cookie dough protein powder 2 tbsp coconut flour 1/2 tsp vanilla & sea salt Plant milk as needed Combine all ingredients in food processor or bowl until dough forms. Press into lined loaf pan. If your mixture is too dense (diff proteins/flours yield different results) add a tiny bit of milk at a time until you get your desired consistency! Mint cream: cup coconut cream 1-2 tsp spirulina (or matcha) 3 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp mint extract Whisk everything together until completely smooth. Pour over brownie base. Place in freezer to harden a bit. Chocolate ganache: 1 1/2 cups vegan chocolate gems (or chips) 1/4 cup coconut cream 1/4 tsp mint extract Combine the coconut cream & chocolate in a microwave sage bowl. Heat for 20 sec increments stirring between each one, until smooth & thick. Once the mint layer has set up a little, pour the ganache over top & return to freezer until completely set.

01.01.2022 Is this real life?! PINCH ME because this gotta be a dream man Creammmmaayyyy... Major sploosh vibes #recipe by @veggie_nerd... Baked tofu lemon and raspberry cheesecake. This has a crusty fluffy shell with a mouse like center. Use a stick mix to blend 290g semi firm tofu, 30g protein powder (I used macr0mike original peanut butter), 1tbs lemon juice, 1tbs lemon rind, 30g quick oats, 1/2 tbs baking powder, 1/2tsp vanilla essence and a pinch of salt. I also added a preferred sweetener. Gently stir through a handful of raspberries then bake in the air fryer on 170deg for 30mins. The crust should look golden and cracked, if it isnt leave it for a little longer. Topped with maple yogurt glaze (1tsp soy yog, 1tsp maple syrup) and blueberries. This one will blow your mind, if it hasn’t already! Find us someone who doesn’t love brownies.... we’ll wait! ... Repost @hannah.banana182 - I’ve discovered the secret to ultra fudge brownies. You’ll know what it is from reading the recipe title but I’ll still build up the suspense who what it could be......kidney beans! Now I love a chickpea blondie or cookie dough so I decided to experiment and make some bean brownies. These are ridiculously fudgy and so incredibly delicious Ingredients: - 1 can of kidney beans (washed & drained) - 1/2 cup @macr0mike chocolate hazelnut fondant premium almond protein powder - 1/3 cup sweetener - 1/4 cup coconut oil - 50ml espresso (or water) - 1/4 tsp baking soda - 1 tbs apple cider vinegar - Pinch of salt - 1 tsp vanilla - Vegan choc chips or any mix ins to taste Icing: - 1/3 cup coconut yogurt - 1 tbs chocolate protein powder - 1 tbs rice malt syrup Method: 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius 2. Add ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and combined 3. Fold through any mix ins 4.Pour into a lined baking tin and bake for 30 minutes 5. Leave to cool at room temperature while making the icing 6. Make the icing by stirring together icing ingredients until combined. Spread over cooled brownies and store in the fridge. *they will be soft when taken out of the oven but will firm up as they cool
