Hours will be 7:00am 3:30pm Monday - Friday and there is regular overtime available Available for an immediate start and ongoing work in the Perth Metro area.... Duties and responsibilities: The position has mixed responsibilities which require great all-round carpentry/building skills and a strong willingness to 'pitch in' with the rest of the team. Works include but not limited to. Refurbishment of Modular classrooms Demolition of base frame structure (preparation for new finishes) Installation of new finishes to walls (int/ext), ceilings, roof sheeting, flashings and gutters Installation of new door frames/ doors and hardware. The breaker is one of the largest hammer purchases in W.A and has a polyurethane damped percussion mechanism to reduce noise and vibration levels, making it great for demolition works in built-up areas.
