01.01.2022 We are still open... Hi, just a quick message to let you know that we are still open and operating as normal... with some necessary changes... that is until we are told by the Federal Government that our kind of business needs to close Home visits are available but only if a remote session is not practical or desired.... It may be that you need a printer installed or your modem is down, or your problem IS the Mac in which case remote software would never work... something like that. When we do visit we are wearing gloves and, if you'd prefer, a mask as well. We are also accepting machines into our office for service or repair. These are booked in using social distancing methods and the Macs are wiped down before and after they have been worked on. It is a difficult and very weird time and it is very odd to treat clients and friends like they are radioactive but I guess the more we adopt these methods whilst continuing to offer a service the more tolerable this nightmare might be. So please continue to call or email and we can arrange almost anything you might need and if you need to bring your mac to us we can send you the open times and drop off locations. Stay safe.
