21.01.2022 Mac was cold this morning kept snuggling up to my back in bed then my legs in the lounge chair so I had to find him a coat Will need to make adjustment to the belt as it barely fits around him.

20.01.2022 Almost forgot to put these up from last week.
20.01.2022 Mac is bored as he is on holidays from going to Play group. Everywhere I go he is there with a ball or his favourite toy for me to throw around so he can chase it. I ordered an auto ball thrower for him but that was months ago as it was his Christmas present but I was scammed not once but twice as I ordered it again from a different site. Paypal did not refund the first payment as the dodgy Chinese sent me a watch in the shape of an owl that hangs around my neck so the p...arcel with that tracking number was "delivered" . Ok I kept the watch so probably close enough in price to what I had spent. @nd time I received a tennis ball Emails went to and fro from supplier but their response was unsatisfactory so off to Paypal it went again. Response this time was post ball back and get a refund which I tried to do but Aust Post is not sending mail to China for a while case closed by Paypal as time limit reached. I tried to get onto Paypal via their virtual help but no response or I did it wrong and they didn't get it. So lesson learnt don't deal with Chinese companies that seem to hook into legit web sites. Do more investigation before paying over any money. Sorry for the rant.
20.01.2022 Santa came to Mac. He now has lots of sqeaky balls to play with.
18.01.2022 Mac just loves his toys so much he can't bear to have them washed so now will spend most of the day trying to get them down.
18.01.2022 Mac is getting braver put himself in the water tub and even run around with the pack and played with the toys.

17.01.2022 Almost forgot these from last week. Mac was feeling much better and played like his old self at Playgroup last Monday.
17.01.2022 Tongue out Monday at play group. Mac is mixing in well with the group now. I wished I could have taken a photo of him hopping across the car park to the office yesterday. It looked so funny. Even went right through into the office without putting his front feet down.
17.01.2022 Touch wood Mac is starting to feel much better. I am weaning him off the steroids slowly but he is still on antibiotics. Also have pain killers on hand in case he has another attack.

10.01.2022 Mac was very sick again last night. His stomach was as hard as a ball and he was in severe pain. I spent the night with him laying across my chest and me rubbing his belly and patting his back. We were up and down all night as he kept wanting to go outside. Finally at 4.30am I decided that he had spent enough time in pain and so gave him his pills. This is where he spent the next 2 hours curled up then he got up and had his normal breakfast as though nothing was wrong. We just got back from vet with a load of more pills. So hope they work

08.01.2022 Another great Monday for Mac and his playmates.
08.01.2022 Mac having a great time at playgroup this week. He must have missed not going last week. He didn't get his promised walk on the beach as it was wet and windy up until the day we left so maybe next time.
08.01.2022 Does my bum look big in this? Mac is feeling the cold so I had to make some adjustments to one of Meg's coats. He wore it all day which is a miracle for him . He is feeling much better and the 1/4 steroid pill is making him very hungry indeed.
08.01.2022 Mac on his last day of school. Now on holidays for a couple of weeks.
07.01.2022 Mac went back to play group this week. He really enjoyed himself.
07.01.2022 Mac couldn't wait to get to playgroup yesterday. Holidays are ok but not when self isolating as no other doggies around. He had a visitor to day as was time for his arthritis needle so vet brought her beautiful little tenterfield terrier along.
06.01.2022 Mac spent most of today in hospital as he has nothad anything to eat or drink since Thursday morning He neede to be sedated for xray and also had his nails cut then had to have blood taken from his neck again. Nothing has shown up so he is being treated with antibiotics and antiflamatories plus steroids for the pain and blood sent off to lab for further testing and comparison to previous blood results. When I went into pick him up he had this bandage on as the vet had t...o knock him out with anaesthetic because the lighter twilight dose did not even make him snoozy. I came home with pills and cans of food that he has to have just in case he has irritable bowel. He actually walked into the house and straight to the water bowl and had a big drink then while I was getting his pills crushed and mixed into mushy hospital food he ate most of his breakfast and topped it off with his pills and the pastey hospital food. Now hopefully the pills are kicking in and he is sleeping on the lounge. See more
05.01.2022 This week at playgroup. Mac almost pulled my arm off to get in the door and then out the back to where his little furry friends were waiting.
05.01.2022 Mac's play group this week or at least some of them. Mac was not really into it today as he had a "bellyache" Sunday night but seemed ok next morning so off we went. He came down with a temp Monday night and was very lethargic. Took him to the vet but he perked up and was bright eyed when we got there. Rides in cars are his thing . Vet examined him but everything seemed ok so we came home but he is still unwell although eating and other end working ok. Now we are getting blood taken just to make sure nothing nasty is going on.

04.01.2022 Mac hasn't been in the photps from playgroup for a couple of weeks as we had a public holiday then last week he didn't have any taken. He must have had a ball yesterday as he slept all the way home beside his car seat on a blanket and went to bed as soon as I had given him his dinner.
04.01.2022 Mac was so excited to go to play group yesterday and I have the marks to prove it he dragged in the door which I had barely opened so I have a couple of marks on my arm. He is participating with the other dogs which is good to see as Mac thinks he is a human.

01.01.2022 Mac is feeling so much better today so antibiotics and steroids plus being knocked out for xrays seems to have relaxed his belly muscles and made nasty pain almost disappear. He is drinking and has had hospital paste with meds hidden in it twice now. The neighbour hood watch and barking are back in force and his tail is almost back up his back. I would say he is 85% better than yesterday. some test results are back and various levels are dropping while others stay elevated so hopefully Dr Kym is on the right track. God I hope so as he has certainly been sick for weeks this time.
